  1. Roz, It was tice to meet you in person and hear firsthand about your Atlantic crossing and how you changed the direction in your life. As one who has been in that "mid life crisis" doing lots or research but not taking much action the light bulb came on as I realized that it's not that you enjoy being out on the ocean so much, but that the rowing challenge has been the vehicle to take you in a new direction in your life. I will now be searching for that vehicle! I look forward to reading the book as I am only familiar with your Pacific crossing.
